While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, REI STREAMS does not guarantee that our services will be available at all times or that they will be error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.
While we implement rigorous qualification processes for all leads, REI STREAMS does not guarantee that any lead will result in a closed transaction. The success of converting leads depends on various factors including but not limited to your follow-up practices, market conditions, and negotiation skills.
Marketing campaign results may vary based on numerous factors including market conditions, competition, budget allocation, and seasonal variations. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected service plan. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in your Service Agreement. Payment is due according to the billing cycle specified in your plan (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing period, your subscription will automatically renew for an additional period of equal length at the then-current rate. You authorize REI STREAMS to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension or termination of services. Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month (or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is less).
Due to the nature of our services, all fees are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be made at REI STREAMS's sole discretion for service interruptions caused by REI STREAMS or as specified in your Service Agreement.
All content, features, and functionality of the REI STREAMS website and services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of REI STREAMS or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
REI STREAMS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our services for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include any rights to:

No waiver by REI STREAMS of any term or condition shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. REI STREAMS may assign these Terms without restriction.
REI STREAMS shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
